At Pushp Yog Seva Sansthan, we aim to provide a smooth and respectful experience for all students, families, donors, and community members.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds are handled.

1. Yoga Class Refund Policy

1.1 No Refund After a Session is Started

Once a Yoga session has begun or been completed, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

1.2 Monthly Package Refunds

Monthly or package-based fees are generally non-refundable.
However, in exceptional cases (medical emergency, relocation, trainer unavailability), refunds may be partially provided at the organisation’s discretion.

1.3 Trainer Availability

If a trainer becomes unavailable due to emergency or health reasons, we will:

Provide a replacement trainer, or
Adjust session dates
Refunds are not applicable unless no trainer is available for an extended period.

2. Cancellation Policy for Students

2.1 Class Cancellation by Student

To cancel a session, please inform at least 4 hours in advance.
If not informed on time:
The session will be marked as completed
No refund or replacement will be provided

2.2 Repeated Last-Minute Cancellations

Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in:

Loss of rescheduling privileges
Removal from preferred time slots
Package becoming non-adjustable

2.3 Absence Without Notice

No refund or adjustment is offered if the student misses a session without prior communication.

3. Session Cancellation by Organisation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions under special circumstances, such as:

Weather conditions (for outdoor events)
Trainer illness
Logistic issues
Internal organisation needs

In such cases, we will:
✔ Reschedule the session, or
✔ Extend validity of package
Refunds are not applicable unless the service is permanently discontinued.

4. Donation Refund Policy

4.1 Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Pushp Yog Seva Sansthan are non-refundable, regardless of mode of payment.

4.2 No Chargebacks

Since donations are voluntary and used for community wellness initiatives, chargebacks or reversals are not permitted.

4.3 Proof of Utilisation

Upon request, donors may receive:

Updates about events
Summary of funds utilised
Acknowledgement message

5. Online Payments & Technical Errors

In case of duplicate payment due to:

Network failure
Banking error
Technical glitch

Please contact us with proof of payment.
After verification, we will:
✔ Adjust the amount in your next month’s classes, or
✔ Refund the extra payment (within 7–10 working days)

(The actual payment gateway’s terms may also apply.)

6. Event Registrations

For paid events or workshops:

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If the event is canceled by us, full refund or event credits will be provided.
Event credits can be used for any future workshop.
