By accessing or using our website, services, home Yoga training, events, or donation options, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Organisation

Pushp Yog Seva Sansthan provides:

  • Home Yoga Training

  • Personalised Wellness Sessions

  • Kids & Senior Yoga

  • Corporate Yoga

  • Yoga Therapy Guidance

  • Free/Donation-based Yoga Camps

We work with certified Yoga trainers, but results may vary according to individual health conditions.

2. User Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit to participate in Yoga sessions.

  • You will consult a doctor if you have any medical concerns.

  • You will share accurate health details with our instructor (if needed).

  • You will follow safety guidelines provided by the instructor.

  • You are at least 18 years old or using services under parental supervision (for minors).

We are not liable for injuries caused by incorrect practice due to non-disclosure of health conditions.

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • Home Yoga sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Session timings are based on trainer availability.

  • Rescheduling requires minimum 4-hour notice.

  • Frequent cancellations may affect your scheduling priority.

For fixed monthly packages, refund or carry-forward options depend on our policies (mentioned below).

4. Fees, Payments & Donations

Yoga Service Fees

  • Fees must be paid in advance for weekly or monthly plans.

  • Incomplete or delayed payments may lead to service suspension.

Donations

  • All donation contributions are voluntary.

  • Donations support free Yoga camps and community wellness drives.

  • Donation amounts are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

  • UPI

  • Bank transfer

  • Wallets (depending on gateway)

  • Cash (for local events only)

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Yoga Class Refunds

  • Once a session is completed, it is non-refundable.

  • Monthly package refunds (if any) are at the discretion of the organisation.

  • No refunds for missed classes without notice.

Donation Refunds

  • Donations are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are used for social welfare purposes.

6. Trainer Assignment & Replacement

Pushp Yog Seva Sansthan reserves the right to:

  • Assign trainers based on availability

  • Replace trainers when required

  • Change trainer schedules or batches

All instructors are certified, verified, and trained to follow safety guidelines.

7. Event Participation

For Yoga camps, workshops, or events:

  • Participants must follow event rules.

  • The organisation may use event photographs/videos for awareness or promotional purposes.

  • Entry may be restricted for safety or capacity reasons.

If you do not want your media to be used, you must inform us in writing before the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pushp Yog Seva Sansthan is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from improper practice

  • Health conditions caused by user negligence

  • Loss of personal belongings during events

  • Any third-party payment gateway issues

  • Errors due to incorrect information provided by the user

Yoga involves physical activity; users must participate responsibly.

9. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You will not misuse or violate our website security.

  • You will not upload harmful files or attempt illegal access.

  • You will not copy, duplicate, or misuse content without permission.

All images, text, and media are property of Pushp Yog Seva Sansthan.
